Seventy years ago, Aubrey Buchalter built his first house in Tuscaloosa with three things in mind: quality construction, innovative design, and conscientious service. That first home led to hundreds more and eventually, nationally acclaimed home values and an enviable reputation for consistent quality.
An early 2000s expansion into the Birmingham market gave way to leadership in new areas: commercial construction and retail build-to-suit development, robust capital capacity, analytics and innovative deal structure, and more. No matter the project or deal type, attention to detail and superior performance continue to be the hallmarks of the business that the Buchalter brothers now lead.
Today, Aubrey Buchalter’s sons Robert and William (or Bill) serve as the company’s Managing Principals and Co-Chairmen, and the company has attracted and developed a diverse team of leading real estate experts in accounting and finance, construction, development, engineering, legal, and project management.
