With his background in Geotech and environmental due diligence and civil engineering design, Victor oversees our engineering and construction efforts for clients across the northeastern United States.

Victor earned his degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Alabama at Huntsville. He resides in upstate New York and likes to spend his free time enjoying the outdoors with his wife.
