Our Team

Palmer Haynes puts his drive and attention to detail to good use as brokerage and development associate. His responsibilities include site selection, developing marketing materials, fostering new relationships, and helping to grow the CGB footprint in the Atlanta market. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia.

Palmer holds a bachelor’s of business administration in real estate from the University of Georgia and also completed a minor in sport management. Prior to joining CGB, he worked with a multifamily firm in Warner Robins, Georgia, deepening his knowledge of real estate development.

Palmer gives back to his community through Habitat for Humanity and “Come to the Fountain” neighborhood ministry.

When he’s not working, Palmer enjoys golf, college football, and trout fishing in the north Georgia mountains. Watching the sun rise over the mountains at Maui’s Haleakala National Park is one of his most memorable life experiences.
