Our Team

Ingram serves as the Director of Construction for Capital Growth Buchalter, where he coordinates all aspects of construction management and a wide variety of project types. He has extensive experience in planning, budgeting, procurement, and construction management in retail, multi-family, residential development, and commercial construction across a national geographic territory.

Working primarily in build-to-suit retail programs, Ingram ensures CGB projects are completed on schedule and to each client’s unique specifications. He is equally adept at using value and constructability analysis, aggressive bidding environments, and efficient project delivery systems.

Ingram received his master’s degree in building science from Auburn University after completing a bachelor’s degree at University of Alabama.
