Our Team

Belinda joined CGB in 2024 and uses her attention to detail and organizational skills to contribute to all aspects of lease, tenant, department and property management including maintaining operating spreadsheets, reports, tenant collections and other tenant correspondence needed for lease compliance.

Belinda began her career as a Licensed Alabama Realtor with RealtySouth and transitioned to Office Administrator managing the day-to-day operations in three different offices over the course of 14 years. In 2021 she joined BaileyWood Homes remodeling company assisting with managing jobs from first point of customer contact to completion.

Belinda has enjoyed social and competitive dancing since 2009. She and her dance partner hold 16 first place overall regional championships and 5 UCWDC World Champion placements including a First Place Overall Championship in 2016 in the Pro-Am Intermediate division. Belinda volunteers her time helping in dance classes at The Magnolia Ballroom in Vestavia and enjoys sharing her love of dance.

In her spare time, she enjoys social dancing and vegetable gardening with her husband, playing piano and spending time with her 2 grandchildren encouraging them in their activities.
