Eric is a Managing Principal in Georgia with Capital Growth Buchalter. He works to develop and maintain relationships with retail, healthcare and hospitality organizations across the country. Eric is crucial to the development processes of CGB, working to improve the company’s deal sourcing, site selection process, site-based location analytics, and in expanding its methods of business development.
Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Texas at San Antonio and holds a master’s degree in real estate development from Georgia Tech, one of the nation’s top research universities. Additionally, Eric is a licensed real estate salesperson in Alabama and is currently pursuing his broker’s license to reciprocate with Georgia.
Prior to starting his professional career, Eric was a student-athlete at the University of Texas at San Antonio. While competing in tennis for UTSA, he was awarded team captain and finished as the team’s number two player.
Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish, Eric is a member of AJC ACCESS Atlanta, which works to bridge relations among Jewish, Black, and Hispanic communities. In his free time, Eric enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, doing yoga, and playing golf.
