Christian Damico’s eye for detail and opportunity lends itself well in his role as a Real Estate Manager. His real estate experience enables him to find the best opportunities for new stores and establishments for clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, helping drive the firm’s bottom line and solidifying its reputation in the real estate development industry.

Prior to his arrival at CGB, he served as an associate in Newmark Knight Frank’s New York headquarters. There, he represented both landlords and tenants, focusing on the leasing of retail properties.

Christian graduated with double bachelor’s degrees in economics and philosophy, with a minor in public policy, from Hobart College. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York and New Jersey. Christian is bilingual and fluent in Spanish. In his free time, he volunteers as a basketball coach and enjoys biking, fishing, and spending time with his family.
